CNS awarded international service desk contract.

Computer Network Solutions LLC has been awarded a $500,000 service desk contract for an international logistics company. CNS will be providing service desk offerings 24x7 for Level 1, 2 and 3 support. CNS was selected for this project because of the wide range of talent that CNS has within its support organization. Another key factor in the clients decision for going with CNS was the fact that CNS could have them up and running and supported in a matter of days instead of months.

CNS Service Desk offers an ITIL-compliant support model ensuring quick, effective and efficient problem resolution and tracking.

Unlike other service desk models, CNS Service Desk clients are provided the option to escalate to a field engineer if the problem can't get resolved remotely.
