CNS and the HP Legal and Regulatory Compliance Program

Countries around the world have adopted anti-corruption laws covering a broad spectrum of rules and regulations. Under the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) these laws are being enforced with increased aggressiveness. Recently the U.S. Department of Justice communicated the enforcement of the FCPA, that prohibits offering or giving bribes to public officials, will increase in the months ahead. By complying with HP’s program and working together, CNS will uphold a higher business standard and increase the opportunity to reduce compliance risk, eliminate gray marketing and avoid unnecessary business costs.
