With multiple campus locations serving a student population of more than 36,000, this University needed a vendor who could provide resources and skill sets across a wide range of technical areas.

CNS was initially engaged to supply hardware support and inventory maintenance for the Compaq/HP and Sun servers at the University. The delivery of effective service led to additional opportunities for CNS within the University environment.

When a major ERP implementation was needed, CNS worked with one of its partners, Sun Microsystems, to provide a solution. CNS also currently plays a huge role in the University’s security system. Having supplied and installed its firewalls, CNS also monitors the University‘s Intrusion Detection Systems and provides reporting and alerts as events occur.

CNS also delivers a wide range of on-site professional services including: Server Engineers, Email Help Desk Personnel, Web Developers, and Network Engineers.
